Schedule Details: Working hours cover patient care: 730-1700 at all three locations - Pewaukee Campus, Oconomowoc Memorial Campus, and Mukwonago Campus. No weekends. On-call rotation. 

 

What You Will Do:

UW Health Cancer Center at ProHealth Care has a great opportunity for a full-time, benefit eligible Radiation Therapist. The Radiation Therapist will join a team of highly experienced and tenured therapists and work in a dynamic environment.

 

The Staff Radiation Therapist assists in localizing tumors, participates in treatment planning and delivers high doses of ionizing radiation for therapeutic purposes under the supervision of a Radiation Oncologist. Functions as a primary caregiver to patients and provides a link to other health care providers as needed.

 

You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Radiation Therapy, Radiography or related field. Will consider also candidates with an Associate's Degree and equivalent experience.
  • If Bachelor's Degree: ARRT Registration required.
  • If Associates Degree: Radiologic Tech (WI License) and Radiation Therapy Certification required.
  • Ability to work at multiple sites with flexibility in scheduling as needed.
  • Varian experience; true beam or vital beam experience.
  • Experience with Aria EMR (Varian product) highly desirable .
