What You Will Do:

The Sales Executive coordinates and conducts efforts to grow new business and revenue by identifying prospective client companies, establishing and developing relationships with potential buyers and brokers, facilitating RFP responses and proposals, preparing and participating in sales presentations and performing and coordinating activities to finalize the contractual relationship or as part of closing the deal.


Using professional sales techniques, exceptional service, and relationship building skills, he/she is expected to meet or exceed all company provided sales objectives. Additionally, The Sales Executive is expected to utilize all company provided tools, resources, and technology to promote market, and sell all Empathia products and services.  This position is part of the Business Development Team and, as such, collaborates closely with marketing, service line staff and leadership in furthering Empathia’s business development efforts.


What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related business field required. Will consider depth of experience in lieu of education.
  • At least 2 years of related sales experience.
  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Desktop publishing and marketing automation software experience desirable.
  • Ability to utilize media options for reaching out to potential buyers and brokers.
  • Stand up presentation capability and strong customer presence.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
  • Ability to "team" with multiple customers, internal and external.
  • Excellent relationship building skills.
  • Ability to "team" with multiple customers, internal and external.
