We Are Hiring:  Clinical Department Assistant - Occupational Health - Sunset Drive Clinic 1.0 FTE  

 

Schedule Details: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm and occasional weekend rotation Saturday & Sunday 8:00 am - 16:00 pm. Will be required to be able to go to all locations occasionally if needed. 

 

This position will support the scheduling/access center and front desk check in processes.

What You Will Do:

Performs adminstrative duties and clinical duties in the department. Administrative functions include scheduling through Electronic Medical Record (EMR), front desk operations, recordkeeping and forms management. Clinical duties are performed under the supervison of a clinician (MD, APNP/PA or RN).

 

What you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Candidate must possess formal post high school education in a health care or allied health related field such as medical assisting, CNA, EMT or nursing education course work towards LPN or RN completion.
  • BLS (CPR) certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
