About the Spring City Drive - Waukesha Clinic
The Spring City Drive Clinic is located in a highly accessible area of Waukesha, Wisconsin with ample parking, modern clinical space, and a collaborative team environment. The clinic is home to a cohesive team of Family Medicine and Internal Medicine providers, along with embedded Advanced Practice Providers and integrated services to support coordinated patient care
- Conveniently located on Sunset Drive in the heart of Waukesha, just minutes from Waukesha Memorial Hospital
- Surrounded by vibrant neighborhoods, excellent schools, and family-friendly amenities
- Waukesha is part of "Lake Country", known for its outdoor recreation, 77 lakes, and extensive parks and trail systems
- Only 20 minutes west of Milwaukee and 75 minutes north of Chicago
Job Highlights:
- Full-time position with a minimum of 4 clinic days per week
- 35 patient contact hours weekly (standard full-time)
- Outpatient only – no OB or inpatient responsibilities
- Call rotation approximately 1:8, phone only
- Support from a robust hospitalist program at nearby ProHealth hospitals
- Epic EMR is integrated across the system
- Collaborative work culture with experienced providers on-site
- Access to on-site lab and imaging services
Compensation & Benefits:
- Two-year guaranteed salary with immediate eligibility for productivity incentives
- Signing bonus and student loan repayment available
- CME time plus $5,000 CME allowance

Qualifications:
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine.
- Active Wisconsin medical license (or ability to obtain).
- Strong commitment to providing patient-centered care within a team-based setting.
- Committed to serving a diverse patient population, including families, seniors, and individuals with complex medical needs.
- Collaborative and eager to work within a multidisciplinary team.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care services for Family Medicine patients, from routine check-ups and preventive care to complex diagnoses and management of chronic conditions.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with patients and families, offering continuity of care and supporting their overall health journey.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in clinic meetings, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and stay informed about the latest medical advancements.
