We Are Hiring: Occupational Health – Department Support Associate – As Needed
Schedule Details: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Clinics are closed on major holidays. Potential to work select Saturdays or early morning off-site employer events during annual flu and health screening campaigns. This pool position may support any of our Occupational Health locations within ProHealth Care’s footprint. A minimum of one shift per week.
Join ProHealth Care’s Occupational Health and Employer Services team and play a key role in supporting the health and safety of our local workforce.
Our Occupational Health program partners with area businesses to provide pre-employment services, drug and alcohol testing, DOT physical coordination, injury follow-up, immunization programs, and annual flu and health risk assessment campaigns.
This role supports the operational and administrative flow of services that directly impact employer clients and working individuals throughout our community.
What You Will Do:
Provide front-line administrative support within Occupational Health clinics.
Assist with patient check-in, scheduling, documentation coordination, and employer-related paperwork.
Support drug screen processing and occupational service workflows.
Prepare materials and assist with off-site employer events during flu and health screening campaigns.
Serve as a liaison between employer clients, patients, and clinical staff to ensure efficient and professional service delivery.
