Manager, Pharmacy - Regulatory & Operations - Full-Time

As the Pharmacy Manager you are responsible for the day to day operation of pharmacy services including distributive services, financial, personnel management and regulatory requirements.  You will work in collaboration with the Pharmacy Director and the ProHealth Care leadership team and will be responsible for the administration and oversight of activities to achieve continuous regulatory and survey readiness for the pharmacy.   Committee responsibility includes (but not limited to) Medication Safety and EPIC/M3. The Pharmacy Manager is responsible for the development and coordination of pharmacy performance improvement and medication safety activities to assure that current and future pharmacy services are provided in a high quality manner to all patients and family members of the hospital and hospital based clinics.

 

You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy required; Master’s Degree preferred
  • Pharmacist (R.Ph or RPh) with current license to practice pharmacy in Wisconsin
  • BCPS Certification is preferred
  • BLS through American Heart Association, or ability to obtain at time of hire
  • Valid WI Driver’s License, in good standing
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in pharmacy administration, leadership, and acute care pharmacy experience. *CA #LI-MO
  • The ideal candidate will have experience managing hospital pharmacy operations with > 100 employees to include medication procurement / inventory, medication reconciliation, students / residency program. 
  • Familiarity with Epic and Omnicell is preferred
