Schedule Details: Monday - Friday 


What You Will Do:

Performs Regulatory compliance inspections and documentation duties such as Joint Commission/CMS/LifeSafety document compliance by facility supervisors, facility project managers and facilities staff that require inspections and timely completion. Gathering and interpreting information from Contractors and Facility staff to develop complex reports for documenting compliance with the Joint Commission/DHS/CMS processes and maintaining compliance records. Setting up new facility project Purchase orders, and spreadsheets for Facility related projects.  Works with the Safety Officer, Infection Control personnel and/or the Facilities management team to ensure accurate tracking of compliance on all capital and operational documents for Facilities department. Assists Facilities leadership and project managers as needed on small scale moves and reallocation of used stock furniture where scope involves a few rooms or less. Tracking and maintaining TJC and CMS/DQA regulatory information.  Acts as lead for document review during Joint Commission or CMS regulatory review of documentation during surveys. Provide input and backup for Facilities department DBA program administrator for the Facilities department page on the I-net.


What You Will Need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Buying, Administrative, and Compliance 
  • 2 years experience required, 5 years experience in healthcare construction and/or mechanical maintenance experience preferred.
  • Attain healthcare construction certificate within one year (ASHE or WHEA)
  • Knowledge of current Life Safety code within one year.
