Schedule Details: Varied Hours within Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00a - 5:00p. No weekends, no evenings and works off-site with some days on-site.
What You Will Do:
The Cancer Registry Associate is responsible for accurate and timely processing of the clerical workload of the Cancer Registry in accordance with the philosophy, policies, and procedures of the organization.
What You Will Need:
- High School Diploma - or equivalent
- Knowledge of medical terminology, tumor pathology, anatomy and physiology
- Ability to work onsite at the UW Cancer Center at ProHealth Care location, located in Pewaukee, Wisconsin
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of tumor pathology, anatomy and physiology, cancer staging systems, clinical applications of cancer diagnosis, treatment regimens, research protocols, and follow-up criteria are desired. #LI-

About Us:
Outpatient medical oncology is a busy department with patients being seen in clinic by a provider, either a Medical Oncologist or Nurse Practitioner. In addition we provide infusion services which may include chemotherapy, blood transfusions, or other IV therapies. Our clinic staff is made up of Nationally Certified Oncology RN’s, Oncology Nurse Navigators, LPN’s and secretarial staff to take care of patient needs.
