What you will do

·       Work with children, adolescents, couples, and/or families.

·       Provide clinical assessments of behavioral health conditions.

·       Establish a caring environment by providing emotional and psychological support to diverse patients with emphasis in the Hispanic culture.

·       Facilitate mental health presentations to community partners.

·       Participate in outreach activities.

·       Work with primary care providers to recognize, treat and manage mental disorders, psychosocial problems, and chronic emotional and/or health problems efficiently and effectively.

·       Document initial intake evaluations, treatment plans, treatment reviews, and discharge summaries in compliance with all applicable regulations and current state standards.

·       Maintain timely, accurate, and appropriate records.

·       Attend and participate in meetings and Quality Improvement activities as required.

Qualifications

·       Master’s Degree in social work, counseling, or psychology.

·       3,000 hours post Master’s Degree for third-party billing and possess a license to practice in the state of Wisconsin (LCSW or LPC)

·       Bilingual in Spanish/English with extensive knowledge of Hispanic culture is preferred.

Schedule

Business hours, 8 AM – 4:30 PM, but some evenings as needed; 16 & 24 hours weekly rotation.
