ProHealth Care is seeking a clinical support associate/ Medical Assistant / EMT/ LPN to join our endocrinology team at the Waukesha South Clinic on an as-needed basis, covering vacations and call-ins. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a specialized field, work with a collaborative team, and contribute to high-quality patient care while enjoying a flexible schedule.

What you’ll do:

• Assist providers with patient care, including rooming patients, taking vitals, and documenting medical histories
• Support endocrinology-specific procedures, including diabetes education and medication management
• Administer injections, assist with blood draws, and handle specimen collection
• Coordinate patient appointments and follow-ups, ensuring a smooth clinic workflow
• Work alongside a team of dedicated providers and specialists to deliver exceptional patient-centered care

What you bring:

• Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred; endocrinology experience a plus
• CMA, RMA, LPN, or EMT certification preferred
• American Heart Association BLS certification preferred
• Strong organizational skills and a patient-first mindset
