Schedule Details: First shift and on-call as needed M-F 8-5, and on-call

The PHC Information Technology Division supports our community - focused healthcare system’s primary care facilities, hospitals, home health care, hospice services, long term care and senior residence communities, health and fitness center.  We have attained national recognition for our pioneering approach to business intelligence and population health management.  We were the first system to use Epic’s Cogito data warehouse in a production environment which afforded our ACO a method for managing their population’s health.  We have successfully attested for Stage 1 of meaningful use for our hospitals and physicians, as well as have attained Stage6 designation on the HIMSS Analytics EMR Adoption Model (EMRAM).  We continue to be a leader in providing effective technology in support of our organization’s healthcare strategies.

What You Will Do:

Responsible to provide strategic planning, innovative solutions and advanced technical knowledge to design, implement and support enterprise voice and data services that align with the Company's business and IT objectives.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and enhance the global Cisco wired and wireless networks that deliver voice and data services to both internal and guest users
  • Manage and administer VOIP network infrastructure
  • Assist in maintaining perimeter network security
  • Configure and maintain private DHCP and DNS services
  • Assist and develop standards, policies and configuration guidelines
  • Perform proactive review and audits of hardware and infrastructure
  • Manage and support the global infrastructure at PHC in a 24x7x365 environment
  • Ensure data integrity and security of enterprise systems
  • Develop and execute department policies and procedures
  • Follow ITSM department initiatives such as incident, change, project and problem management
  • Document and actively share knowledge with others in the team
  • Actively seek ways to mentor other
  • Perform functions consistent with ITIL service design/transition including: change, release, knowledge, CMDB service level, capacity, availability, supplier, service continuity

 

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Information Technology
  • 3-5 years of experience preferred
