Monday through Friday; 1st shift
Location: UW Cancer Center at ProHealth Care – Pewaukee, WI

Support new patient onboarding, from scheduling to collecting clinical records

Help patients navigate changing areas and appointments, and assist with simulation and drinking prep

Prepare and maintain patient charts, coordinate imaging and interpreter services, and support clinical documentation

Contribute to monthly safety checks, department supply orders, billing queue management, and data review

Play a vital role in simulation, treatment readiness, and patient care coordination alongside an exceptional oncology team

What You Will Do:
The Radiation Oncology Assistant plays a critical support role within ProHealth Care’s UW Cancer Center, working closely with patients, providers, and clinical staff to ensure smooth and compassionate care delivery. This position is responsible for coordinating provider schedules, preparing and managing patient charts, assisting with onboarding new patients, and facilitating day-to-day clinic operations. The assistant also helps patients navigate their treatment visits, supports clinical prep activities, monitors documentation and billing processes, and maintains clean, organized clinical spaces.
