This position supports across our Pewaukee and Oconomowoc campuses and plays an essential role in patient flow, procedure support, and care coordination.

Schedule:
Monday – Pewaukee 7:15am–5:15pm
Tuesday – Oconomowoc 7:15am–5:15pm
Wednesday – Oconomowoc 7:15am–4:15pm
Thursday – Pewaukee 7:15am–4:15pm
Friday – 8:00am–12:00pm
Occasional float to Brookfield.

What You’ll Do:
• Room and prepare ENT patients
• Obtain vitals and focused histories
• Assist with in-office procedures including nasal scopes and minor treatments
• Support allergy testing and hearing-related evaluations
• Coordinate follow-up care
• Document in Epic
