Medical Assistant, LPN, or EMT – Weight Management & Bone Health Clinic - As Needed PRN

 

At ProHealth Care, you’ll be part of a team that helps patients make real, lasting changes in their health. Our Weight Management and Bone Health Clinic focuses on supporting patients through long-term wellness goals, including metabolic health, nutrition, and bone strength.

This role offers a unique mix of hands-on clinical care and front desk support in a specialty clinic setting.

 

Schedule

  • Pool/As Needed (0.1 FTE, approx. 8 hours/week)
  • 1 consistent weekday shift (Thursday or Friday most likely)
  • Hours: 0800–1630
  • Additional shifts available for coverage

What you bring

  • MA, LPN, or EMT background
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Interest in specialty care and patient education
  • Ability to adapt and support both clinical and front desk workflows

What You Will Do:

  • Room patients and prepare them for visits by taking vitals, reviewing medical history, and documenting accurately in the EMR
  • Support front desk operations including greeting patients, check-in/check-out, scheduling, and managing incoming calls and messages
  • Assist providers during exams and procedures while helping ensure a smooth and efficient patient flow throughout the clinic
  • Support patients through education and follow-up instructions, helping them understand their care and next steps
  • Perform point-of-care testing as needed and ensure timely, accurate results
  • Help maintain exam rooms, supplies, and overall clinic readiness
  • Work closely with the care team to keep daily operations running smoothly and create a positive patient experience
