What You Will Do:

ProHealth Care’s Analytics Center of Excellence Manager - Enterprise Data & Analytics leadership role has responsibility for activities that contribute to planning, creating and implementing an enterprise data & analytics vision and strategy aligned with the ProHealth Care’s strategic priorities. They enable innovation and understand the business analytics trends that can create business value.

 

This role also oversees the development of enterprise standards and technology initiatives, and the governance process, works collaboratively with ACE Education Program leadership and IT partners. They manage teams of people responsible for developing and delivering business analytics solutions for the business and customers. This role provides technical and business leadership to their department as well as to the business.


What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field required. Master’s Degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years of relevant information technology and analytics experience.
  • At least 3 years of healthcare experience including knowledge of: Epic Systems, SQL, Oracle development and Cloud Solutions.
  • At least 5 years experience leading teams and building relationships with people at a variety of levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to launch and deliver an enterprise wide analytics project on time and within budget.
  • 5 or more years of Epic system experience preferred.
  • 5 or more years of Power BI development experience preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred.
