Schedule Details: Eligible for a $5,000 Sign on Bonus! Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) position available at 0.9 FTE for day shifts. The primary location is Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital, but flexibility is needed to provide staffing at the Rehabilitation Hospital of Wisconsin and Waukesha Memorial Hospital. We are looking for an RCP who possesses the necessary skills or is willing to learn pulmonary function testing (PFT) and provide care for adult, pediatric, and neonatal patient populations. 

 

What You Will Do:

The Respiratory Care Practitioner provides care to patients requiring respiratory care services. Identifies abnormal/normal pulmonary data, ABG’s chest x-rays, and lab values. Demonstrates and maintains competency of emergent bedside bronchoscopy procedures. Demonstrates and maintains competency of the INOvent.

 

What You Will Need: 

  • Associates degree in Respiratory Therapy
  • State of Wisconsin Respiratory Therapist license required (RCP)
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) required
  • Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) preferred
  • Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) or ability to obtain at time of hire 
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification (ACLS)
