As a Clinical Support Associate, you’ll float between our Family Practice and Pediatrics departments, offering critical support to ensure smooth operations and top-quality patient care. What You Will Do:

As a Clinical Support Associate (CSA) at ProHealth Care, your primary responsibilities include:

 

  • Patient Preparation: Preparing exam rooms, ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies, materials, and instruments.

  • Patient Interaction: Rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, and recording health histories.

  • Documentation: Ensuring accurate and timely entry of information into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.

  • Clinical Assistance: Assisting healthcare providers with procedures, administering medications and vaccinations, performing therapeutic treatments, health screenings, specimen collection, and Point of Care testing.

  • Patient Communication: Answering patient calls, providing medical information, reporting test results, and educating patients as directed by providers.

  • Maintenance: Cleaning exam rooms after each patient visit and maintaining sufficient stock of supplies.

  • Flexibility: Floating to other departments or clinic locations as assigned by ProHealth Medical Group (PHMG) Leadership.

 

These duties are designed to support the comfort and well-being of patients while ensuring efficient clinic operations.
