Clinical Support Associate (CSA), Medical Assistant EMT or LPN – Family Practice | Mukwonago

Looking for a role where you can stay busy, support a team, and make a real impact on patient care? Join ProHealth Care’s Family Practice team in Mukwonago as a Clinical Support Associate ( MA EMT LPN)

This is a float role supporting a high-volume clinic, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and being a key part of clinic flow.

 

Schedule:

  • Part time (0.5 FTE, 20 hours/week) - benefits eligible 
  • Monday and Tuesday 7:00am – 3:30pm
  • Wednesday 12:00pm – 4:00pm
  • No evenings, weekends, or holidays

 

What you will do:

  • Room patients and support nurse visits
  • Assist providers through Epic in-basket management
  • Complete prior authorizations and coordinate care tasks
  • Float throughout the clinic to support daily operations

What we are looking for:

  • At least 1 year of clinical experience (MA, LPN, EMT, or similar)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinic environment
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Epic experience strongly preferred
