This Clinic Operations Manager role provides operational leadership for two ambulatory clinic locations:

  • ProHealth Medical Group Clinic - Spring City Drive – a growing clinic currently supporting three providers with planned growth.
  • ProHealth Medical Group Clinic - Brookfield – a larger, high-volume clinic with six providers and a collaborative physician leadership team.

 

This leader will oversee day-to-day clinic operations while partnering with providers, team leads, and staff to ensure an exceptional patient and employee experience.

 

What You Will Do

The Clinic Operations Manager is responsible for leading clinic operations, supporting staff development, driving patient satisfaction, improving workflows, and ensuring operational excellence across both locations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing clinic teams
  • Managing daily clinic operations and workflows
  • Supporting patient experience, quality, safety, and service initiatives
  • Resolving patient concerns and operational challenges
  • Driving process improvement and operational efficiencies
  • Monitoring clinic performance metrics and financial outcomes
  • Partnering with physicians and leadership on clinic initiatives
  • Supporting change management and team communication
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards

What You Will Need:

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of Healthcare leadership experience within clinic or medical group operations
