Geriatrics

ProHealth Care’s senior health services offer a comprehensive memory loss assessment clinic designed to meet the needs of older adults and their caregivers. Our multi-disciplinary team is comprised of geriatric-focused providers including a nurse practitioner, neuropsychologist, and psychiatrists.  They collaborate to develop a plan of care that includes treatment recommendations, a review of ProHealth support services and community resources, and education for the patient and family.

We also have a senior health assessment clinic conveniently located on the ProHealth Waukesha Memorial Hospital campus.
