Team Lead, Security Part-Time
What You Will Do:
Under the leadership of the Safety/Security Supervisor, the Security Team Leader oversees and monitors the operational functions of the assigned shift. Provide a safe environment for any person; property on the PHC Campuses.
Responsible for insuring the department and team members are providing excellent customer service at all times including providing a safe secure environment. Monitors and adjusts work assignments, workflow, and insures systems are maintained to provide optimal security services. Responsible for maintaining report turnaround within established goals and guidelines. Initiates contact with Information Services and vendors to coordinate support as needed. Provides, monitors, and adjusts work assignments for dispatchers on assigned shift. Insures department meets its goals and objectives. Provides staff education and support necessary for goal achievement.
What you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 2 years of previous experience in law enforcement and/or security.
- Current State of WI Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
- Previous leadership experience preferred.
