Schedule Details: 8-4:30 M-F
- Background in healthcare preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deliver presentations to multiple levels of organization
- Ability to interact effectively with a wide variety of constituents, including patients, family, physicians and organizational leaders
- Ability to chair a committee or improvement team or lead a project
- Ability to multitask at various effort levels
- Experience in entire MS Office Suite
- Know and applies broad knowledge of principles and practices related to Process Improvement and Project Management
- Developed project plans for and drove implementation of strategies identified to manage a process change
- Assisted in the development and management of data and databases relevant to the work of project teams
MUST HAVE EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE WITH EXCEL AND DATA ANALYTICS 5+ YEARS
What You Will Do:
The Coordinator operates at the department level with local oversight, reports to department leadership and is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the department and the various roles within the department with support from a department Team Lead if applicable.
This position is responsible for the coordination of activities to drive achievement of oncology quality goals, studies and improvements. The position facilitates alignment of the annual quality plan with the hospital division quality plan and ProHealth Care strategic initiatives. In addition, this position will serve as resident expert on oncology accreditation standards and the coordination of accreditation site surveys. This position will also facilitate improvement in other services as required.
This position reports to the Director, Performance Excellence with matrix reporting to the Director, Oncology and Women’s Services.
