Occupational Health Nurse – Full Time Days
Brookfield, WI | Monday–Friday | 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
Looking to use your RN experience in a weekday outpatient setting? Join ProHealth Care’s Occupational Health team in Brookfield and help keep employees throughout our community healthy, safe and able to work.
This full-time role offers a consistent Monday–Friday daytime schedule while allowing you to use a broad range of nursing skills, from clinical assessment and employee health to occupational health, case management and return-to-work coordination.

What you’ll do
As an Occupational Health Nurse, you’ll help manage the health and safety needs of employees, physicians, volunteers, students and affiliates while supporting occupational and employee health services.
Your work may include:
- Assessing employee health concerns, illnesses and injuries and providing appropriate nursing interventions
- Conducting comprehensive health and injury assessments
- Supporting medical surveillance and occupational health programs
- Providing employee education related to health, wellness and workplace safety
- Coordinating return-to-work planning based on medical needs and essential job functions
- Supporting FMLA, ADA and leave-related nurse case management
- Collaborating with employees, managers, Human Resources, providers and other resources to coordinate care
- Supporting injury reporting, workers’ compensation and OSHA-related processes
- Interpreting clinical testing and coordinating appropriate follow-up
- Maintaining accurate and confidential employee health documentation
What you’ll need
- Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
- Current Wisconsin RN license or eligible eNLC compact-state RN license
- Current BLS certification or ability to obtain upon hire
- At least two years of Primary Care or Inpatient Nursing experience
- Occupational Health or Employee Health nursing expertise
- Occupational Health or Case Management certification preferred
