Clinical Support Associate (Medical Assistant, EMT, or LPN) – Hartland Clinic 

 

Join the Hartland Clinic team in a dynamic  role that blends Primary Care and Urgent Care coverage all within one location. This position is ideal for a CSA who enjoys variety, steady daytime hours, and being part of a collaborative, high-performing clinic team.

 

Week 1: Sunday 745-1215; Tue 0745-1815, Wed 0745-1815
Week 2: Wed 0745-1815; Friday 0745-1815; Sat 0745-1215

What you’ll do

  • Room patients and obtain vitals

  • Support providers with clinical procedures and documentation

  • Administer injections and perform point-of-care testing

  • Manage in-basket messages and patient communication

  • Assist with Urgent Care patient flow and triage support

  • Provide patient education and follow-up coordination

What You Will Do:

Provides direct care to patients under the supervision and delegation of the Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant or Physician within ProHealth Medical Group.  Provides care in partnership with the patient and their family, with the goal of supporting an optimal healing community.

  • Support ProHealth Care's Mission, Vision, and Values while adhering to the ProHealth Experience customer service goals.
  • Efficiently prepare exam rooms by setting up proper equipment and supplies, following standard rooming workflows to prepare patients for provider exams, obtaining vital signs, health history verification, and ensuring accurate documentation in the EMR 
  • Clean exam rooms after each patient visit and maintain sufficient stock of supplies.
  • Answer patient calls, obtain medical information, report test results, administer medications and vaccinations, prepare sterile fields, and assist with procedures as directed by providers.
  • Perform therapeutic treatments, health screenings, specimen collection, Point of Care testing, and assist with splints or wound care under supervision.
  • Respond to urgent situations, call for clinical assistance as needed, and assist in maintaining clinic medications, vaccinations, supplies, and equipment.
  • Float to other departments or clinic locations as assigned by PHMG Leadership.

 

What you will Need: 

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Completion of Medical Assistant, EMT, LPN, or other equivalent clinical training program
  • New graduates will be considered
