Schedule & Locations
- 1.0 FTE / 40 hours per week
- Full-time, first shift days
- Schedule alternates between Delafield and Mukwonago

What You’ll Do
- Room patients and prepare them for provider visits
- Obtain vital signs and review health history, medications and allergies
- Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record
- Assist with medications, treatments and clinical procedures within scope
- Respond to patient calls and messages and communicate provider-directed information
- Support prescription verification and prior authorizations
- Perform point-of-care testing and specimen collection as directed
- Prepare exam rooms, equipment and supplies for patient care
What You’ll Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a Medical Assistant, EMT, LPN or equivalent clinical training program
- Current applicable certification or licensure, such as MA certification, EMT license or LPN license
- Candidates without current certification/licensure may be considered with 3+ years of relevant clinic experience
- BLS (CPR)
