Medical Assistant, EMT or LPN – Family Practice | New Berlin Clinic
Join a dedicated primary care team where you'll work closely with Dr. Stephanie Allen and have a consistent weekday schedule you can plan your life around.
ProHealth Medical Group is looking for a Medical Assistant, EMT or LPN to join Dr. Allen's practice at our New Berlin Clinic. This is a 0.9 FTE, benefits-eligible position offering 36 hours per week with a predictable daytime schedule and no weekends.

Your Schedule
Monday: 6:45 a.m - 5:00 p.m
Tuesday: 6:45 a.m - 5:00 p.m
Wednesday: 6:45 a.m - 5:00 p.m
Thursday: OFF
Friday:6:45 a.m - 5:00 p.m

You'll work directly alongside Dr. Allen, supporting her practice and becoming an important part of the care experience for her patients.

What you'll do
Room patients and obtain vitals, histories and medication information
Prepare patients and exam rooms for visits
Support Dr. Allen during exams, procedures and treatments
Administer injections and perform point-of-care testing as appropriate
Assist with patient calls, messages, follow-up and care coordination
Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC
Help keep the practice organized, efficient and running on time
Build relationships with patients while providing a welcoming, consistent care experience
What you'll need
- Medical Assistant, EMT or LPN qualifications or experience in primary care
- Current BLS certification or ability to obtain
- Strong communication, organization and patient service skills
- Ability to work the four-day schedule outlined above
