Medical Assistant, EMT or LPN – Family Practice – Mukwonago – Full Time
Begin Your Story with ProHealth Care! Join our Family Practice team in a full-time clinical support role working closely with an established provider and caring for patients across the lifespan.
This position is primarily based in Mukwonago, with one consistent day each week supporting the provider at our Waterford clinic. If you enjoy a busy practice, developing a strong working relationship with your provider, and having variety in your day, this could be a great fit.
Schedule & Locations
This is a 0.93 FTE / 37-hour-per-week, benefits-eligible day position with Thursdays off.
- Monday: 7:15 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Mukwonago
- Tuesday: 6:45 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Waterford
- Wednesday: 6:45 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Mukwonago
- Thursday: Off
- Friday: 6:45 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Mukwonago

What You’ll Do
You’ll work closely with the provider to keep a busy Family Practice schedule moving while making sure patients receive an organized and welcoming experience.
- Room and prepare patients for provider visits
- Obtain vital signs and review medications, allergies and health histories
- Document patient information accurately in Epic
- Manage and follow up on Epic In Basket messages
- Assist the provider with clinical tasks, treatments and procedures within scope
- Support patient calls, messages and follow-up needs
- Prepare exam rooms, equipment and supplies
- Prioritize competing needs and help maintain efficient clinic flow
What You’ll Need
We’re looking for someone who is comfortable in a busy practice, can anticipate what the provider and patients need, and is confident managing multiple priorities throughout the day.
- Medical Assistant, EMT, LPN or other applicable clinical training/credentials
- Family Practice experience strongly preferred
- Two or more years of Family Practice experience preferred
- Strong patient rooming and clinical workflow skills
- Experience with Epic and In Basket workflows preferred
- Strong organization, communication and multitasking skills
- BLS/CPR
