Medical Assistant or EMT – Family Practice – Part Time – Mukwonago

Schedule
This 0.5 FTE position is 20 hours per week, with a consistent Monday through Wednesday schedule:
- Monday: 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
- Tuesday: 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
- Wednesday: 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Thursdays and Fridays off
- Part-time with benefits
Location
You’ll work at the D.N. Greenwald Center in Mukwonago, providing float support within the Family Practice clinic.

What You’ll Do
As a Clinical Support Associate, you’ll be an important part of the patient experience and help providers stay prepared and on schedule. Your day may include:
- Rooming patients and preparing them for provider visits
- Obtaining vital signs and reviewing health history, medications and allergies
- Documenting patient information accurately in the electronic medical record
- Supporting providers with clinical tasks and procedures within your scope
- Assisting with patient calls, messages and follow-up needs
- Preparing exam rooms, equipment and supplies
- Helping the team maintain efficient clinic flow and a welcoming patient experience
What You’ll Need
We’re looking for someone who is comfortable moving between providers, communicates well with patients and teammates, and enjoys being part of a collaborative clinic environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Medical Assistant, EMT or other applicable clinical training/credentials
- Strong communication, organization and patient-service skills
- Ability to adapt to different providers and workflows
- BLS/CPR
