Qualifications:

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine.
  • Active Wisconsin medical license (or ability to obtain).
  • Strong commitment to providing patient-centered care within a team-based setting.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary care services for Family Medicine patients, from routine check-ups and preventive care to complex diagnoses and management of chronic conditions.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with patients and families, offering continuity of care and supporting their overall health journey.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in clinic meetings, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and stay informed about the latest medical advancements.
