Physical Therapist I - Oconomowoc Outpatient Therapy - 1.0 FTE

Schedule Details: This is a full-time position at the ProHealth Care Outpatient Therapy Clinic in Oconomowoc. Clinic is open from 7am-7pm Monday through Thursday and 7am-5:30pm on Fridays.
This position does not require holiday or weekend hours.
This position requires two evening shifts until close on two non-consecutive evenings.
This role requires strong orthopedic and neuro skills. Experience with vestibular therapy is highly preferred.

About Us:
The outpatient therapy department operates thirteen clinic locations serving all of Waukesha County. These thirteen locations combine to complete over 13,000 outpatient visits monthly. Clinical staff provide care for patients with a variety of orthopedic, neurologic, cardiovascular and medical diagnoses. The department consists of over 108 therapists to provide rehab services including physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. Additionally, we offer pediatric rehab and cancer rehab as clinic specific specialty services.

What You Will Do:
Evaluates individuals referred for physical therapy services. Establishes a physical therapy diagnosis, prognosis, and plan of treatment. Re-assesses the ongoing effects of treatment. Collaborates with and provides consultation to others in care delivery. Supervises physical therapist assistants and aides.
What you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or higher.
- Current State of WI Physical Therapist licensure.
- Current BLS (CPR) certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
- At least 1 year of related therapy experience preferred.
- Strong orthopedic and neuro skills required.
- Experience with vestibular therapy highly preferred.
