Physical Medicine Aide- Inpatient Therapy- WMH- Pool/As Needed

Schedule Details: Primary need is weekends from 9am-3pm. Looking for a minimum of 2 weekend shifts per month (preferably Saturdays). Weekday availability on Tuesdays and Fridays is helpful; open to flexible scheduling with class schedules!

About Us:
The department operates three inpatient service locations, one at each of the hospitals in Waukesha, Oconomowoc and Mukwonago. These three locations combine to complete over 2,000 inpatient visits monthly. Clinical staff cares for patients with a variety of orthopedic, neurologic, cardiovascular and medical diagnoses. The department consists of over 55 therapists to provide rehab services including physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy

What You Will Do:
Provide support in the delivery of patient care in the inpatient hospital setting. Transport patients and assist in treatments under therapist direct supervision. Perform simple maintenance tasks. Perform clerical tasks including, but not limited to, patient scheduling, ordering supplies, and data entry.
What you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completed Certified Nursing Assistant program or equivalent. Equivalent may include, but is not limited to completion of PTA or OTA program.
- At least 1 year of related experience preferred.
- Current BLS (CPR) certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
