Schedule Details: Seeking a Women's Health NP or PA for the Midlife Clinic at Westwood Health and Fitness Center in Pewaukee. Clinic Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm.
What You Will Do:
The Women’s Health APP provides comprehensive, evidence‑based, patient‑centered care for women ages 30–69, integrating advanced clinical assessment, diagnostic reasoning, reproductive and sexual health expertise, chronic disease management, and preventive care. Guided by core competencies, the APP delivers high‑quality care that supports early detection, long‑term wellness, and improved health outcomes across midlife and menopausal transitions. The APP collaborates with the Medical Director and multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, equitable, and accessible care. Working in close collaboration with the Medical Director and a multidisciplinary care team, the Advanced Practice Provider plays a pivotal role in promoting continuity of care, strengthening patient engagement, and supporting improved long‑term health outcomes. As a clinical leader in women’s health, the APP fosters empowerment through evidence‑based education, shared decision‑making, and individualized care plans that prioritize disease prevention, effective self‑management, and lifelong well‑being.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing; active NP or PA license and national certification.
- Experience in women’s health, OB/GYN, primary care, or internal medicine preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and chronic/ preventive care management skills.
- Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration abilities.
- Commitment to evidence‑based practice and continuous improvement.
