Clinical Support Associate (Medical Assistant or EMT or LPN)– Family Medicine – 0.9 FTE

 

Schedule:
Tuesday – Friday | 6:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Mondays Off

This schedule is anticipated to remain in place through approximately July 2027. Following a planned provider transition, the schedule may change based on the needs of the practice. Additional details will be shared as they become available.

What You'll Do

  • Room patients and obtain vital signs, health histories, and medication reconciliation.
  • Prepare patients and assist providers with examinations and office procedures.
  • Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments within your scope of practice.
  • Document accurately in Epic while coordinating patient care activities.
  • Respond to patient messages, refill requests, and follow-up needs.
  • Work collaboratively to provide an exceptional patient experience and maintain efficient clinic operations.

 

What You'll Need

  • Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant/EMT/LPN program or equivalent experience.
  • Current CMA, RMA, EMT, LPN, or other accepted clinical credential for the position.
  • Current American Heart Association BLS certification 
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
  • Previous outpatient or primary care experience preferred.
