Looking for a clinic where you can build lasting relationships with your patients while working one-on-one with an experienced Family Medicine physician? This opportunity offers the chance to become an important part of a close-knit care team where your work truly makes a difference.

 

You'll partner directly with Dr. Patricia Toro Perez in a well-established Family Medicine practice, caring for patients of all ages while helping deliver the compassionate, personalized care ProHealth Care is known for.

Schedule

Enjoy a consistent weekday schedule that supports work-life balance.

38 hours per week (0.95 FTE)

  • Monday: 6:45 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Tuesday: 6:45 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Wednesday: 6:45 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Thursday: 6:45 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Friday: 6:45 AM – 5:00 PM

One scheduled half-day each week.

No evenings. No weekends. No holidays.

 

What You'll Do

  • Partner one-on-one with your provider to deliver exceptional patient care.

  • Room patients, obtain vital signs and update medical histories.

  • Assist with exams, office procedures and patient education.

  • Administer immunizations, injections and point-of-care testing.

  • Manage prescription refill requests, patient messages and documentation in Epic.

  • Help create a welcoming, efficient experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

 

What You'll Need

Qualified candidates will meet one of the following:

  • Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant/LPN/EMT program

  • Equivalent education and/or clinical experience that meets the qualifications of the role

  • Current AHA BLS certification is required or must be obtained within the required timeframe.
