We Are Hiring: Clinical Support Associate – Neurology
Schedule Details:
• Day shift hours 0700–1530 - Hours vary within this timeframe
• Monday through Friday
• No weekends, holidays, or nights
• 3 days per week at PHMG Sussex other clinic days at the Neuroscience Center at Waukesha Memorial

This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys specialty care, patient interaction, and variety in their week. You’ll support Neurology patients while working closely with providers and the broader clinical team.

• Exposure to patients with brain, spine, and nervous system needs
• Variety between Sussex and Waukesha clinic locations
• Consistent weekday schedule with no nights, weekends, or holidays
• Collaborative, team-based care environment
What You Will Do:
• Room patients and support clinic visits
• Obtain vitals, review medications, and document in Epic
• Assist with patient education and follow-up needs
• Support efficient clinic flow and patient experience
• Travel between PHMG Sussex and WMH clinic locations
What You Will Need:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Medical Assistant, LPN, or EMT education
• Current applicable credential, certification, registration, or licensure
• Active AHA BLS certification, or ability to obtain
• Strong communication skills and interest in specialty care
