Schedule Details: This is a Pool/As Needed position with shifts from 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Availability is needed for every other weekend and three holidays per year. As a PRN position, hours are based on department needs and are not guaranteed.

What You Will Do:
It is the responsibility of the Food Service Team Lead to perform a variety of duties to support the effective functioning of the department including, but not limited to: supporting the day-to-day operations of the department, learning the various roles within the department, and performing the routine duties of a Supervisor when he/she is unavailable.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking initiative, mentoring others, and stepping into a leadership role when needed.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of the Food & Nutrition Services department
- Learning and assisting in the various roles throughout the department
- Serving as the department's leadership resource and performing routine supervisory responsibilities when the Supervisor is unavailable
- Helping promote efficient operations and a positive team environment
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's Degree (or other degree) in Culinary Arts or Food Services preferred.
- Serv Safe Certification required
- 2 years of experience preferred
