Join the laboratory team at our Waukesha South -Big Bend Road Clinic, where you'll help care for patients of all ages by providing safe, accurate specimen collection in a welcoming outpatient environment.

What you'll do
• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections
• Collect and prepare laboratory specimens for testing
• Educate patients on specimen collection instructions
• Ensure accurate specimen labeling and documentation
• Work closely with providers, nurses and laboratory staff
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered service every day
What you'll need
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a formal phlebotomy program OR equivalent clinical laboratory experience (approximately two years)
• Previous experience performing venipuncture and specimen collection
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
