Lab Client Services Specialist - Waukesha Memorial - PRN/As Needed
What You Will Do:
Client Service Specialists have a multitude of responsibilities, which includes packaging of lab specimens for referral testing. Position is also responsible for troubleshooting order entry errors, specimen exception handling, result interpretation assistance, and specimen collection questions. Client Services specialists are responsible for transcription of reference lab results, Quality Assurance of referred testing, phone notification to clinical providers for critical and / or clinically significant lab results, and other laboratory customer service duties as assigned.
What You Will Need:
- Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Lab Technician (MLT) preferred
- 2 or 4-year degree in Science/Biology with related hospital or clinical laboratory experience required
