Schedule Details: The Lab Client Service Rep is responsible for answering phones, providing customer service to all internal and external lab customers, electronic data entry, Lab Order transcription, Lab Account registration including entering insurance coverage and scheduling future lab draws at outreach client locations. Lab Client Service Reps also dispatch work to lab team members out in the field (Couriers and Outreach Phlebotomists). Variable start times and end times to include weekends, your work assignment could be as follows 7am to 3:30pm, 8am to 2pm, 1:30pm to 6:30pm, 4pm to 10:30pm, 5pm to 10:30pm. Weekends 8am to 2:30pm, 2:30pm to 9pm.
About Us:
ProHealth Care offers a system-wide laboratory operation with core hospital labs at Waukesha Memorial and Oconomowoc Memorial as well as two clinic-based laboratory sites in Waukesha County. The laboratory performs over 8 million tests annually.
Our Lab services operate state of the art facilities and include clinical testing in the areas of Histology, Cytology, Hematology, Coagulation, Clinical Chemistry, Urinalysis, Immunoassay, Microbiology, Transfusion service, EIA, and Molecular Biology. ProHealth Care offers a vibrant outreach program, providing laboratory testing to numerous specialty hospitals, physician offices, nursing home, and assisted living facilities. Our Pathologists and PhDs work closely with lab employees to monitor quality, as well as identify, access, and implement new technology. The Laboratory has certification and accreditation through the College of American Pathologists (CAP), American Association of Blood Banks (AABB) and Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act (CLIA).

- 1 year of laboratory experience preferred
