What You Will Do

As an Executive Assistant, you'll be a trusted partner to three senior executives, helping them stay organized, connected, and focused on their priorities. No two days will look exactly alike, and your ability to anticipate needs, build relationships, and manage details will be essential to your success.

In this role, you will:

  • Be a trusted executive partner. Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, anticipate scheduling needs, and help executives navigate competing priorities.
  • Keep things moving. Organize leadership meetings, prepare agendas and presentations, coordinate logistics, and ensure important details and follow-up items don't get missed.
  • Connect and collaborate. Build strong relationships with leaders, employees, physicians, and external partners while serving as a welcoming and professional point of contact.
  • Bring organization to complexity. Manage correspondence, reports, presentations, records, and administrative processes with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support meaningful initiatives. Assist with special projects, executive priorities, events, and activities that contribute to the organization's success.
  • Handle sensitive information with care. Exercise discretion, sound judgment, and confidentiality when working with executive communications and organizational information.
  • Find solutions. Take initiative, troubleshoot challenges, and identify ways to make processes and daily operations more efficient.
  • Contribute to a great team culture. Bring a positive attitude, flexibility, and a collaborative approach to an executive office where relationships and teamwork matter.

What You Will Need:

Required Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • At least 6 years of administrative experience, ideally supporting senior leaders or executives.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and changing schedules.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to exercise independent judgment.
    • Demonstrated professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.

What Will Help You Thrive Here

Beyond your experience and technical skills, we're looking for someone who will be a great addition to our team.

You'll likely love this role if you:

    • Have an outgoing, approachable personality and genuinely enjoy working with people.
    • Bring positive energy, a sense of humor, and a team-first attitude to your work.
    • Are confident interacting with executives while making everyone you encounter feel comfortable and welcome.
    • Enjoy variety and can easily shift gears when priorities change.
    • Are proactive and resourceful, often recognizing what needs to be done before someone asks.
    • Take pride in being dependable, organized, and the person others know they can count on.
    • Appreciate a workplace where people work hard, collaborate, and enjoy working together.
