Clinic RN – Primary Care – Pewaukee Clinic – 0.5 FTE

 

Schedule: Monday – Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. (20 hours/week, Part Time with Benefits)

What You'll Do

  • Provide telephone triage and clinical support for patients across Pediatrics, Family Medicine, and Internal Medicine.
  • Assess patient symptoms, prioritize care needs, and determine appropriate next steps using evidence-based nursing judgment.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and ongoing health management.
  • Collaborate closely with providers and the care team to coordinate care and ensure a seamless patient experience.
  • Manage patient messages, refill requests, test results, and follow-up communications.
  • Build trusted relationships with patients while helping them navigate their healthcare journey.

 

What You'll Need

  • Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse license.
  • BLS certification.
  • 2 years of ambulatory, primary care, family medicine, pediatrics, internal medicine or telephone triage experience.
  • Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
  • Passion for delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in a collaborative outpatient setting
