Schedule Details: 8:00am-4:30pm
This can be a fully remote position
What You Will Do:
The Charge Capture Analyst is responsible for the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of hospital charge capture for Heart & Vasculr procedures. The role serves as a key operational link between clinical departments, Finance, Revenue Cycle, and Supply Chain, ensuring that services and supplies used are fully, accurately, and appropriately reflected in the hospital billing record.
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years in hospital charge capture, revenue integrity, procedural coding support, or related revenue cycle role.
- Direct experience with surgical or procedural cases and reconciling codes/charges preferred
- Experience partnering with CDM teams highly desirable.
- Experience working with Infor ERP or similar materials management systems, including item master, pricing, or charge integration, preferred.
- Understanding of procedural supply chain workflows, including implants, consignment inventory, and vendor-managed items.
- Certifications (preferred, not required): CPC, CCS, CIRCC, or equivalent.
- Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Epic charge workflows preferred.
